The Oura Ring 5 keeps turning up in our gift, wedding and wellness guides, so here it is in one place: the ring, the sizing kit to buy first, and the band.
Honest note: we design and print greetings cards, pin badges and prints in the UK. The Oura products are recommendations from elsewhere.

The ring
- The Oura Ring 5 tracks sleep, recovery, heart rate and stress from your finger, with no screen. It comes in plenty of sizes and colours - gold, silver, black and more - so it reads as jewellery, not a gadget.
- It's a wellbeing tracker, not a medical device - speak to your GP about any health worries.
The sizing kit - buy this first
- Smart rings fit differently to normal rings. The 'Size Before You Buy' kit lets you wear sample sizes for a day or two, then order the one that felt right.
- Giving it as a gift? Wrap the kit with a card saying the real ring follows once they've found their fit.
The band
- The Oura band is for anyone who'd rather wear it on the wrist, or needs an option for the gym or hands-on work days.

Do you sell Oura products?
No. We make greetings cards, pin badges and prints in the UK. The Oura products are recommendations from elsewhere.
What is a good example of the Oura Ring 5, explained?
"It's a wellbeing tracker, not a medical device - speak to your GP about any health worries." is one of 11 examples on this page. Pick the one closest to the tone you want, then add a specific detail of your own - a shared memory, a date, a name - so it reads as yours rather than copied.
