Autumn Cards
As the leaves turn and the air grows crisp, the cosy season arrives. Autumn brings three major occasions in a quick sequence: Halloween on the last day of October, Bonfire Night on the fifth of November, and the busy run-up to the festive period. Sending a beautiful autumn card is the perfect way to connect with friends and family during these darker evenings. Whether you want to send spooky birthday wishes, invite loved ones to a bonfire gathering, or let someone know you are thinking of them, our hand-drawn stationery captures the comforting spirit of the season. Every card in our collection is an A6 size, drawn in-house, printed in the UK, and supplied with a recycled kraft envelope. They are completely blank inside, giving you proper room to write your message.
Who Our Autumn Card Range Suits
This seasonal stationery range is designed for anyone who loves the magic of the golden season. It is particularly brilliant for those who have birthdays falling in October and November. Instead of sending a standard design, you can celebrate their special day with a seasonal twist. For the friend who loves classic gothic vibes, the Halloween Happy Birthday Card (Dracula) is a fantastic choice. If you prefer something sweet and cheerful, the Halloween Happy Birthday Card (Friendly Ghost) will bring a smile to their face. For those who enjoy a bit of playful humour, our Halloween Happy Birthday Card (Dead happy for you) is sure to amuse. This range is also ideal for families hosting pumpkin carving parties, or a simple autumn card to brighten up a rainy day.
What to Write Inside Your Halloween Greetings Cards
Knowing what to write inside your halloween greetings cards or autumn notes can sometimes be tricky. To help inspire you, we have put together a few original message ideas you can write inside. For a spooky birthday message, try: Wishing you a fang-tastic birthday filled with treats and absolutely no tricks. For a cosy autumn greeting, try: Sending you warm and cosy autumn wishes to brighten up these chilly, dark evenings. If you are sending a playful Halloween note, write: Hope your Halloween is spectacularly spooky and filled with plenty of sweet treats. For a simple thinking-of-you message, write: Just a little note to say I am thinking of you as we head into the cosy season. Because our cards are blank inside, you have plenty of room to expand on these ideas.
How to Choose Your Autumn Design
When selecting your perfect card, think about the recipient's personality. If they adore traditional autumn imagery, our Happy Halloween Pumpkin Smile Greetings Card is a warm choice that embodies the pumpkin harvest. For cat lovers, the Happy Halloween Black Cat Greetings Card is a sleek, classic design that looks beautiful displayed on a mantlepiece. You can browse our dedicated halloween cards collection to find the ideal spooky fit, or look ahead to the winter season with our festive christmas cards. No matter which design you choose, the high-quality print and tactile feel of our cards will make your recipient feel truly appreciated.
Posting and Timing for the Autumn Season
Timing your mailings is key during this busy time of year, as the autumn calendar moves quickly. All of our cards are printed in the UK and posted first class. While first class delivery is usually next working day, this is not guaranteed, so we always recommend ordering and posting your cards a few days early. This is especially true as we transition from late autumn into the busy December period, when postal networks experience higher volumes.
Pairing Ideas for a Cosy Autumn Gift
To make your seasonal greeting even more memorable, why not pair your card with a small, thoughtful present? You can explore our main greetings cards collection for designs that cover every milestone, or head to our birthday cards section if you are celebrating a special autumn birthday. To create a wonderful autumn care package, you can pair your card with some cosy candles to create a warm atmosphere, or add some fun funny coasters. If you are looking for more general inspiration, our range of gifts offers plenty of options that fit perfectly inside a mailing box.
