Christmas has never looked quite so fabulous.
This funny Christmas card takes the traditional Christmas tree and gives it a considerably more glamorous festive makeover. Forget quietly twinkling in the corner of the living room. This tree has ballet shoes on and places to be.
Set against a soft pink background, the card features a decorated Christmas tree striking a ballet pose in a beautiful pink tutu and pointe shoes. The tree is topped with a big golden star, wrapped in golden tinsel and decorated with colourful baubles.
Naturally, there’s only one appropriate festive message: “Slay, Queen!”
And slay the Christmas tree most certainly does.
Bright, playful and fabulously over the top, this is a Christmas card for somebody who brings a little extra sparkle to everything. Send it to your best friend, your favourite workmate, a dance lover or simply someone who deserves to be reminded that they are absolutely smashing Christmas this year.
It’s also a fun choice for anyone who finds traditional Christmas cards a little too sensible. Robins on snowy branches are lovely and everything, but sometimes December calls for a Christmas tree in a tutu.
With a simple “Merry Christmas” underneath the illustration, there’s still a little traditional festive spirit in there too. Just with significantly better choreography.
So stick on the Christmas music, straighten that star and point those toes.
Christmas is here.
Time to slay.
