• Apparently your month's flower stands for loyalty. Thirty years of proof, so they got that one right.
• Picked the flower for your birth month. Turns out it means exactly what I'd have said anyway.
• Happy birthday. Your flower means new beginnings, which suits where you are right now.

Funny lines

• Your birth flower means strength of character. I'd have said stubbornness, but let's go with theirs.
• Looked up your birth flower. It means an open heart. It said nothing about the state of your kitchen.
• Your birthstone stands for wisdom. The Victorians clearly never met you.
• I was going to buy flowers, then found out yours means devotion, and that felt like overpromising.
