Enamel Pin Badges
Enamel pin badges, designed and posted in the UK
Enamel pin badges are the present that fits in an envelope. Ours are drawn in house, produced and posted in the UK, and priced so you can add one to a card without thinking twice about it.
The big card companies don't sell pins, so most people end up on a marketplace paying for slow international postage. Everything on this page is in stock in Britain and goes out first class, usually the same working day.
Pick a design, add the matching card, and the whole thing arrives together in one delivery.

What makes a badge enamel
- A die-struck metal body with coloured enamel filled into the recessed areas of the design.
- Hard enamel is polished flat to the metal outline; soft enamel keeps a slight texture you can feel.
- The colour sits inside metal rather than printed on top, so it survives coats, bags and years of wear.
- Standard pin back with a butterfly clutch, so it goes on a lapel, rucksack strap, lanyard or hat. Shop this card
- Most designs sit between 25mm and 45mm across — big enough to read at arm's length.
Who to buy an enamel pin for
- The friend whose bag is already covered in them and still has room.
- A birthday where you want the card to arrive with something in it.
- Leaving dos and retirements, where everyone signs the card and nobody buys a gift.
- Nurses, teachers and colleagues as a thank you that fits on a lanyard.
- Anyone with no shelf space left for another ornament.
How to wear one without ruining your coat
- Pin through a seam or a heavier layer so the hole doesn't show.
- Swap the butterfly clutch for a rubber or locking back on anything that gets thrown around.
- On fine knitwear, pin the badge to a bag or lapel instead of the jumper. Shop this card
- Wipe enamel with a dry cloth — metal polish dulls the plating.
- Store spares in a tin so the pins don't scratch the faces.

Frequently asked questions
What is an enamel pin badge?
A metal badge with coloured enamel filled into the design and a pin fastening on the back. Because the colour is set into metal rather than printed on the surface, it keeps looking right after years on a coat or bag.
What is the difference between hard and soft enamel?
Hard enamel is filled and polished level with the metal outline, giving a smooth glassy face. Soft enamel is filled slightly below the outline, so you can feel the raised metal edges. Both are equally hard wearing; it's a look rather than a quality difference.
How much do enamel pin badges cost?
Ours sit in the same bracket as a greeting card, which is the point — a pin and a card together still costs less than most single gifts. Each product page shows the current price.
Are your enamel pins made in the UK?
Every design is drawn in house by us and the badges are packed and posted from the UK, first class, usually the same working day you order.
Can I order an enamel pin with a card?
Yes, and it's the cheapest way to do it. Pins are flat and light, so they go in the same envelope as the card and ship as one order with one delivery charge.
Do you sell age or milestone number pins?
Not at the moment. The range is funny, animal, pride and occupation designs. For a milestone birthday, pair a badge with a milestone card or a keepsake print instead.
How do I attach an enamel pin without damaging clothes?
Pin through a seam or heavier fabric, and use a rubber or locking back on bags. On delicate knitwear, put it on a coat lapel, lanyard or bag rather than the garment itself.
