- Pirate radio stations were largely shut down by which 1967 act? Answer: The Marine Broadcasting Offences Act. Radio 1 launched weeks later.
- Which decimal currency change was announced in the 1960s and came in 1971? Answer: Decimalisation. The first decimal coins appeared in 1968.

- Which artist designed the sleeve for the Beatles' Sgt Pepper album in 1967? Answer: Peter Blake. Designed with Jann Haworth; it won a Grammy.
