Cheer Up Gifts

Gifts to make someone smile do not need to be massive. When a friend is having a difficult week, the gesture that hits the mark is something small and clearly chosen for them. A tiny token like a funny badge or a cheeky coaster can completely turn their day around. Our collection of cheer up gifts is designed specifically for these moments. We believe a thoughtful, prompt gesture holds immense value when someone needs a boost. Whether you want to send a laugh or a simple reminder that you care, finding the right pick me up gifts has never been easier.

Who our range of pick me up gifts suits

This collection is crafted for anyone who needs a little boost, whether they are facing work stress or a quiet bout of the blues. It is ideal for finding pick me up gifts for her, such as a close friend who is juggling too many tasks. It is equally suited for the hard-working office colleague who has survived yet another endless round of meetings. Items like our Pointless Meeting Survivor Pin Badge or the Relax I Have a Spreadsheet For That Funny Drinks Coaster from our drinks coasters range are brilliant nods to shared office jokes. For those who appreciate a bit of dark humour, the Funny Spinning Fuck It Pin Badge offers a playful way to spin away frustrations. Meanwhile, the colleague facing endless corporate red tape will get a real laugh from the The Deadline for Complaints Was Yesterday Funny Pin Badge. From family members to the desk neighbour you share daily tea breaks with, these gifts for cheering someone up bring humour to everyday struggles.

What to write inside your cheer up cards

Sometimes, the card itself is the absolute core of your gesture. When you are sending cards to cheer someone up, finding the right words can feel tricky. You want to acknowledge their situation without sounding too heavy. Here are a few lighthearted, original messages you can write inside our greeting-cards-for-occasions:

"I saw this and immediately thought of you. I hope it brings a quick smile to your day."

"Just a little reminder that you are doing great, even when everything else feels slightly chaotic."

"This week has been absolute rubbish for you, so here is a tiny distraction to help you get through it."

"You are far too brilliant to let a bad day keep you down. Put the kettle on and take a breather."

How to choose a gift to cheer up a friend

When selecting a gift to cheer someone up, think about their daily routines and what makes them laugh. Finding a specific gift to cheer up a friend is all about tailoring the choice to their exact quirks. For country music fans, the What Would Dolly Do? Pin Badge from our funny pin badges collection serves as an inspiring daily accessory. Science fiction fans will love the Star Trek Lapel Pin Badges (Set of 3) to add some cosmic fun to their bag. If they love a specific drink, you can match their tastes with one of our quirky items. Someone who lives on fizzy drinks might laugh out loud at the I Wish You Looked At Me Like Any Can of Diet Coke Ever (Valentines Day Card), while a stout enthusiast would appreciate the I Wish You Looked At Me Like Any Pint Of Guinness Ever (Valentines Day Card). By tailoring your choice, a simple cheer up gift becomes a deeply personal message that makes them feel seen.

Posting and timing for your cheering up gifts

When someone is down, speed is everything. A cheering up gift that arrives quickly is much more impactful. All of our cards are printed in the UK and posted first class, so your parcel can arrive right when it is needed. First class is usually next working day but not guaranteed, and we process and post everything as quickly as possible. We keep things simple by packing your card and gifts in the same parcel, ensuring they receive the full experience all at once.
