What to buy first

• One happy birthday banner for the main wall — it's the photo backdrop by default.
• A cake topper, so a shop-bought cake looks deliberate rather than last minute.
• Table confetti in one colour that matches the banner, scattered thinly.
• A sash or crown for the birthday person, so every photo makes it obvious who it's for.
• The card and a pin badge in the same order, so nothing arrives separately.

Making it look planned, not thrown together

• Pick two colours and stick to them across banner, confetti and cake.
• Hang the banner at eye level behind the food table, not above a doorway nobody looks at.
• Confetti works best sparse — a pinch per table beats a handful.
• Wooden toppers photograph better in daylight, glitter ones better under lamps.
• Do the decorating the night before; the day of always runs late.

How many banners do I need for a party?

One is usually enough. Hang it at eye level behind the food or drinks table, which is where people gather and where the photos get taken.

Will a cake topper fit a supermarket cake?

Yes. The toppers push into any standard sponge or iced cake, which is the quickest way to make a shop-bought cake look like it was chosen on purpose.

Do you sell party bags?

Not pre-filled ones. Our pin badges and stickers are what most people use as the filler - one good thing per bag in a plain paper bag beats a handful of plastic toys.

Can I order decorations and a card together?

Yes — cards, banners, toppers, confetti and pin badges all ship together in one UK delivery, so you're not paying postage twice.

How quickly do party supplies arrive?

We post from the UK, usually the same working day you order, so most addresses have everything within a couple of days. Order a week ahead if the party date is fixed.
