Stag Do Games and Forfeits
Share
We make cards, pin badges, prints and party bits in the UK. We don't sell inflatable anything, so this is a plain guide with our own bits only where they genuinely fit.
Good stag do games are short, portable and don't require a kit bag. The best of them run all weekend without anyone organising anything.
The ones below work with twelve people, a train and a pub.
Finish it with a card
A card from the group, signed on the last morning.

Journey games
- Groom quiz: ten questions about him, written by his mum and read out on the train.
- Who's most likely to - fast, mean and over in fifteen minutes.
- Playlist roulette: everyone adds one song, the groom guesses who added what.
- Name the year: photos of the groom in order, points for guessing the decade of the haircut.
All-weekend rules
- The groom can't say the bride's name. Forfeit if he does.
- Left hand only for all drinks, all weekend. Simple, endlessly catches people out.
- A nominated word nobody may say, changed each morning.
- Wearing something daft that has to be handed on when someone else loses a game.
Pub games
- Darts and pool ladders with a running scoreboard on a phone.
- Ring of fire, with a proper non-alcoholic option in the deck.
- Beer mat flipping, still undefeated as a pub game for a group of grown men.
- A pub quiz you write yourself about the group, printed in advance.
Keep it decent
- No forfeits involving strangers, tattoos, or anything he has to explain at work on Monday.
- Everything has a sober version - someone is always driving or not drinking.
- Don't humiliate the groom in front of people he doesn't know well.
- If the bride would be upset by it, don't do it. It's her weekend too, in a way.
How to write it so it lands

- Always have a sober version.
